An Unexpected Letter (The Goblin Emperor, Thara & Velhiro, Thara & Maia)

A truly lovely glimpse into Thara and Velhiro's life just post-Grief of Stones, with the addition of a letter!! from the Emperor!!! Which excites Velhiro much more than Thara, who continues to struggle with self-worth enough that he seems to have forgotten he befriended the Emperor at all.

Goose on the Menu (Biggles, Algy/Ginger UST)

This is a delightful bit of Algy/Ginger flirtation which went very well with my morning (which I spent waiting for Argos to open so I could collect my shiny new e-reader.) Crossdressing suits this canon shockingly well and I will always be grateful for any fic which delves into it in any depth at all.

Unrelatedly, does anyone have e-book recommendations? I've side-loaded all my old e-books but I feel rather behind the times when it comes to histrom (particularly LGBT histrom).
