Biggles Icons III: Revenge of the Sith

Requests included #1 (serious Bertie forchanter1944 ), #3 (a Looks Back quote for philomytha ) and #8/#10 (biplanes for sheron ). I couldn't quite figure out a good angle for the illustration ref from sholio , so in penance we have #6 (EvS!)
#5 is a reference to Bertie's catchphrase, which I didn't notice until it was pointed out in the comments of Philomytha's latest fic. The other icons are from various illustrations: #2/#10 are from (I believe) The Camels Are Coming, #4/#7 are from the Eagle run of Biggles in the Gobi, and #8 is from the spine of the Flies East first edition. The exception is #9, which is a photo I took recently of the parcel containing my great-grandfather's medals from WW2. It seemed apt!
