Discord (I'm howling at the moon?? Sorry)

I have been thinking about this for some time and now that I have polls the question is upon thee: should there be a Biggles/WEJ specific Discord server? The Forum is venerable and I enjoy spending time there, but I do also feel the ice cold hand of Not Getting To Talk About My Main Things (slash primarily, also the existence of transgender people) while I'm posting.

Here is my pros/cons list, bearing in mind that I would take on moderation.

Pros	Cons
Discord allows for atomisation of discussion topics through both server "rooms" and the thread feature	There is a much higher likelihood of "losing" a conversation/struggling to follow them than on a conventional forum
Phone/tablet use is easier and no HTML is required to post images/links	The Discord mobile interface recently became significantly more annoying
Queer chat actively encouraged!!!	No cons to this, are you kidding
Appeal to potential new fandom members over the forum which is not overly welcoming to transformative fandom	Potential for phenomenal discourse if the server rules aren't written properly
Ability to run smaller scale exchanges and/or a prompt meme	Spreading fandom events across locations which probably won't have a 100% overlap in membership
